BB Games is one of those boutique studios that really caught my atention when they launched in 2018. Founded by brothers Sam and Jason Bradbury out in Tideswell, UK, they’re all about quality over quantity – and boy does it show. What I love about these guys is how they partner with bigger names like Kalamba Games, Blueprint Gaming, and even got Microgaming distributing their stuff. Wild Mine is probably their breakthrough title with that crazy 2x2x4x4x6x6 reel setup I’ve never seen anywhere else. Then there’s Yin & Yang with its dual 3×3 grids that combine during features – genuinly creative stuff that stands out in a crowded market. They incorporated ReelPlay’s Infinity Reels mechanic into Martian Miner too which works brilliantly. The portfolio is still relatively small but every release feels thoughtfully designed rather than rushed out. Available at solid casinos like Mr Green and Vera & John, so the distribution is decent. They’re definitely a studio to watch if you appreciate innovation and aren’t just chasing massive game libraries.
